Trip to Rajdari & Devdari

Hey People, Wassup !!

Well I’m finally back. It took a lot of time but still I would say that parenthood is not all easy. Although my baby is just two but its much better than the earlier days.
Well, without taking much of your time lets start with the experience that i had on a Trip to Rajdari & Devdari.

Rajdari and Devdari waterfalls are the main tourist attractions established in Chandauli district, UttarPradesh.

These falls are man-made and are made to give shelter, food and other survival conditions to the birds and animals living in the ChandraPrabha Wildlife Sanctuary. Apart from birds and animals, theres alot more to do here. People usually come here for a day-trip. It also attracts hikers, swimmers and a familiar get together.

HOW TO REACH

We had planned our trip for a day from Varanasi. For that we hired a car which rented approx. 2500 to 3000 and it took almost 2 hour to reach there.

BEST TIME TO VISIT

The best time to visit Rajdari & Devdari Waterfalls is during rainy season because thats the time you can actually get a beautiful sight of silvery shimering waters falling from the height of 58 meters. But as it is one the best weekend destination located in Uttarpradesh, one can visit the spot through out the year.

There is no entry fee here and it is open around 6 am to 5 pm. You can take your homemade food but on your own risk, since there are langoors overthere. We also had fed our daughter in the car as the driver was a localite and had already warned us about the monkeys.

Well, as parents it was our first out of town visit with our daughter, so it was obvious for us to be nervous, but the trip went so well. There were so many things that we had kept in ur mind while taking our daughter to the visits. Those things will be discussed in the next blog. Till then, keep enjoying this one.

Thats all for now folks.

Hope you did have found this blog worthy and informative !!

Stay connected with nature. Keep exploring and keep growing !!

Love & Peace,
